I just saw in another thread that CKGS has responded with a first post here. See quote below.

Welcome aboard, CKGS. I'm not sure if your title is high up on the totem pole, but regardless if you are for real it's encouraging to see your participation here.

We know that you have a herculean task ahead to resolve the problems that you inherited from BLS and we can appreciate that you need time to do so. However, I hope you will also keep in mind that prioritization is important - there are folks with long-standing BLS applications and/or those with imminent upcoming trips.

We also hope you realize that you have your own incoming applications to CKGS that need prompt handling, without which you may end up in exactly the same situation that BLS was at.

Many of us have lost time and money (ranging from $100 - $1000's as you can see here: http://goo.gl/HqAUy4), but despite our prior experience, we try to remain optimistic that you will be on top of all of this.

We'd love to help in any way we can, even if it were just perhaps by the vocal support or feedback of the community here.
