PIO processed with BLS now No records found in CKGS

Hi,

I have submitted 2 PIO Postal applications with BLS international ATLANTA on 11-April-2014, which were processed and received from Indian consulate on 15-May-2014, and were ready for dispatch, but were never dispatched.

Now when I try to track them in CKGS site all it shows is No Records Found...

I mailed CKGS they said try tracking only by passport number...it still doesn't work...

Is there anyone with same situation or anyone who can track their applications successfully in CKGS site?

finally...Tracking is working for my applications

Thanks CKGS team..

I was finally able to track my applications using the PIOAxxxxx number and Passport number..
It says:

Track my Application
Your PIO card is received from the Consulate and will be dispatched shortly


So, now waiting for the dispatch.

Looks like the site is getting updated with new records everyday...
