Passport Lost due to transfer of ownership from BLS to CKGS Cox&Kings for PIO process
I'm completely clueless about current status of PIO application , which I applied for my daughter 15 days ago . Am not even sure whether it is considered for processing or will be returned back . There is no communication at all from either BLS or Cox & kings . Their Phone lines never could be reached .- Trying for past 4 days .
1. On May 17th I couriered my PIO minor application form along with my daughter’s US Passport , Cashiers check for 192$ , prepaid return envelope & other additional documents required for processing to
BLS India Visa USA
4239 Geary Blvd
San Francisco, CA 94118
The BLS company stated in their website , they will receive all the mail applications till afternoon May 20th 2014
2. On May 20th When the courier company (FedEx) went for delivery, they noticed BLS company doesn't not exist in that location anymore. They said there is change of Address &company who are currently dealing with Indian PIO cards and delivered to the below address on May 20th around 2 PM

The application was received and signed by front desk office personnel in CKGS- and I do have the proof of delivery for same.
Am very much worried whether my Kid’s PIO application and US Passport is lost in the midst of transfer of ownership from old company to new company ( that is BLS to cox & kings.So far I have not received any tracking number to track my application online . Even if they’re not processing it am okay , Want them to return the US passport and Documents back to my orginal address. The application was already sent with Prepaid envelope .
Anyone suggest or help - Did anyone went through same experience .
