Please help! OCI Delay

Dear All,

I applied for OCI for my minor son and it is taking more than 4 months now. I went to San Francisco consulate today to find out it may take another 3 weeks. They said, I can google and NIC India for status.

Do any of you have a phone number to NIC India (OCI Division). i got the phone number of Visa division but they don;t know anything about OCI.

I dont know any phone numbers though.
