Hi,
I have applied for Passport renewal in NY. I sent docs to BLS. After few days i got a message "Your postal application is received by BLS Intl Services, but is pending due to DEAR APPLICANT,WE ARE SENDING YOUR APPLICATION BACK BECUASE WE DON'T PROVIDE TATKAL SERVICE IN POSTAL, PLEASE VISIT OUR OFFICE MON-FRI BETWEEN 9-11:30AM. YOU MUST HAVE VALID REASON TO APPLY FOR TATKAL AND PLEASE BRING ALL YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS."
I have included a return envelope which is overnight priority mail delivery. Its been one week i haven't got my application documents and passport back. Any idea how the application is returned back ?
I called BLS customer service many times as usual no one is picking up. No response to mail as well. I am very much worried now.
