Hi can anyone let me know what is the right version number of check list to use on BLS site the version is 1.2 on immiHelp it is 1.3 ?

I am confused which one to use as they are slightly different and how do I fill the check list do I write yes in for documents I am submitting and No for documents that don't apply ?
