BLS handover to CKGS - San Francisco Tourist Visa
Hi,
I sent my passport to BLS San Fran to get a tourist visa and it was received by BLS on 14 May. Since then I have tried to contact them with no luck (other than a single canned email response) and I have had numerous call to CKGS - who are no help and just say the handover is ongoing, that they have no record of my application and that I need to wait until the handover is complete. CKGS cannot provide a date when this will be completed. I basically have no information on where my passport is and when I will get it.
Is anyone else in this same position? Has anyone had any luck in tracking their passport?
I'm at the point where I just need my passport back regardless of whether I get the visa - as I need to undertake other travel.
