PIO tracking where the applications submitted directly to CKGS

Anyone successful obtaining PIO cards through CKGS? I applied for PIO cards on 05/22 directly through CKGS and submitted the applications in person. So far, the status update remains unchanged. Any new updates for other applicants? I have a trip planned in about 10 days, and not sure whether to withdraw application and apply for visa instead.

Do you have any update in the status?
I applied for PIO at the New York center. It was a postal application that reached them on May 23rd.
The status still says that it is in process. I'm not sure if it has been sent to the embassy or not. I spoke to the customer rep. today but he was not able to give me any further info. He just asked me to email CKGS and ask for more information.

10 days is too tight, i suggest you go to the embassy if thats possible..
