Hi Guys,
Many of you must be aware of the mess the Indian embassy has created with the transition from BLS to CKGS. I was one of the unfortunate ones who got stuck in this situation. My OCI application was returned without action (after BLS sat on it for a month!) and of course they cashed the money order which was sent along for fees.
The Indian embassy gave the typical Indian runaround - contact BLS for a refund and reapply with Cox & Kings. Now we are left to fend for ourselves - chase after BLS to get a refund of fees.
I sent in my refund request to to [email protected] more that three weeks back and still no refund. And of course BLS will not respond to emails or phone calls, neither will the Indian embassy.
I am confident I am not the only one. There are many many more in this situation. Has one receive a refund from BLS yet?
