I got married 5 years ago in India. I still use multi visa to go to India. I am station in Okinawa Japan as US army soldier and probably will be going to India after my service is over. I got my visa on Travisa website, I checked how can I get PIO card, looks like there are changes now, it should be done from Indian based firm BLS International, how and what is the new way, no explanation. My address is APO or PO Box, because I live in Japan, I do have Japan address though. Some confusions on the websites, one say that I need my wife's original passport other says copy of her passport. There no phone or email to get any questions to solve. Not sure if any one from this offices checks this messages.
