I paid online for return service(FEDEX) on the CKGS website but after making a credit card payment am getting a " Courier Confirmation - Thank You For Payment" but never received any email nor payment confirmation( see Attachment below)
Called CKGS and they are asking me to take up with FEDEX. Am speechless. They have POORLY trained customer service agents but atleast they pick up the phone within 20 minutes of calling unlike BLS International.
What have others done in this case?
