Travisa is old news. They are no longer handling the OCI/PIO and other services for Indian Embassy/Consulates. That work has now been outsourced to CKGS.

Check this website and follow the procedure described - http://www.in.ckgs.us/

    Good luck!

You don't have to use CKGS courier, you can use your own return envelope.

Here is what the website says about multiple applications:

        > A family consisting of main applicant, spouse and up to two minor children can apply in the same Form i.e. Form XIX.

        > No of applications Prepaid Self Addressed Traceable Envelope Note : If there is a group / family of four applicants and applying for the same service (only Visa or only OCI) applicants can send 1 prepaid return envelope but if they are applying for different services then they need to send different return prepaid envelopes. In 1 envelope we can send only 4 passports; if there are more than four passports we require separate envelopes.

At some other place in the website I remember reading that you can send multiple applications together.

Read the website thoroughly and you will find your answers!
