Newyork: They sent OCI and renunciation together for me. Also, they sent me the money order for the $15 courier charge(for the renunciation) back to me.

Will they send the renunciation certificate and OCI separately or together? Wonderfing if courier charges have to be paid for RENUN Certi and OCI separately.
