PIO Application Questions

I would appreciate if you can help me with below questions related to PIO application for minor

- I have selected "Application for return of documents by FedEx Courier Service" option in CKGS order form and paid courier fee ($15.45) online. Can you confirm that I do not need to send any return empty envelope / shipping label?

- Additional Particulars Form - can I leave answers to all non-relevant questions blank? OR do we need to write None/Not applicable, etc? - I know this has been asked before in general but I still have doubts so thought of asking it explicitly

You should be ok since you have paid for return shipping. The additional particulars form is ridiculous. Just put n/a where there is nothing to say.

Thanks for your response. I mailed application via USPS Express and awaiting (and hoping) that application process is smoother.
