Renunciation Certificate, citizenship before June 1, 2010 with Indian Passport

Please share your experience from new application center at New York which is Cox and Kings global services to obtain renunciation certificte. The person who got citizenship before June1st, 2010 with Indian passport at that time but now you lost the passport.

Please address following concerns aswell:

1: Did you include $15 fee ( item H of CKGS order form)? To me it is redundant fee, it shouldn't be there if we are sending return shipping label or envelop? Any suggestions?

2: Is it ok to send regular envelop wih return shipping label pasted on it or fedex or UPS envelope is needed or must?

I had the same issue. They will not issue a renunciation certificate. I just applied for it. They sent me the email stating I am not qualified

Thank you for reply and good luck for that. Why they cannot issue the renunciation certi? off course they have to, you must have sent them about $300.00 ,right? If they don't issue then sue them about providing misleading information and not providing renunciation certi. If they don't issue the certificate then I don't think so they can issue visa to person of US citizen of Indian origin without this Certi. Man don't keep quite if they don't issue the certi.
