Question about visa and renunciation

Can I just attach one money order of 380$ total for 195$ renunciation+ 170$ visa fee+ 15$ return shipping? Or I need to make two different money orders, one for renunciation and one for visa? And also do I need to send CKGS order forms for visa and renunciation or can I just send one order form for both applications? Should I also make pay them $30, 15$ for renunciation shipping and $15 for visa return shipping or I can just pay $15 and they will return my renunciation certificate and us passport in same envelope?
