Does anyone know the ballpark timeline to get "Renunciation and a Visa" together ?

Around early-October am expecting a family member to get their US citizenship but they also, need to travel to India for a prior committment(in early November) late in October or worst case few days into November.

Can we get Renunciation and a Visa within a week or is it too much to ask?

Does submitting in person expedite? Does having valid airline tickets increasing the chances of quick approval.
