Hello,
My son is almost 4 years old, US citizen, and is in India on a tourist visa. He will have to stay more than 180 days in India. Do we need to register him at a police station since he is a minor?
Also, I want to file an application for him for a PIO card. Is it possible to do so while he is in India? Any link I can go to to get requirements will be very much appreciated. He will file in New Delhi if it is allowed.
