OCI Pre-paid shipping envelope question - When to send?

Can someone please clarify when I send the pre-paid shipping envelope? Is it with Phase 1 when the OCI application is first submitted or in Phase 2 when I need to send in my passport?

With CKGS you will have to send that a countless number of times

Seriously... Keep a pdf for record. You need to send one with your application. Then they will ask you to send another copy with the match-up packet. Then they will ask you to email it again when you ask for a status update.

Which CKGS are you talking about or are they all the same? I will be dealing with CKGS San Francisco.

They are all the same. You have to send a copy of the label with your application.
