Visitor Visa while Recunciation is pending?

Hi,

I have applied Renunciation with OCI application together on August 6th, 2014. Till now all I see is "Under process" on the tracking website and same goes to the replies when I call them. They keep saying its under process with ni further help in where the status might be. I need to travel on the first week of November. Is there any way I can apply for visa now stating that I have applied for Renunciation? I dont have the certificate in hand though!! Did anyone else face the same problem?

Even for visa, you will need renunciation certificate first.

You can apply - just send a copy of the renunciation application and write a cover letter stating you have applied for renunciation and OCI and due to urget travel needs, you need Visa.

If your travel is in November, you better send the application tomorrow.
