Hi immihelp users,
I've found the CKGS website to be confusing in some areas in their instructions. I hope others here can help..
All three are US citizens. My Wife needs to apply for renunciation as well. My son is a minor (18 mo. old)
1. Can we sent our entire package together with a single return label? I don't mind sending separate, but wondering if it would actually be better to send it as a complete family package. Or does the renunciation have to be separate? Anyone with successful experience one way or other?
2. The renunciation states it requires two copies of all documents. Just making sure that means not just the forms, but all supporting documents (e.g. naturalization cert, photos..?). This is not true for just the visa?
3. If we go to our local FedEx store to send these documents and include a prepaid envelope, then we do *not* need to check the 15.00 checkbox on the order forms..correct?
experience with the above would be greatly appreciated.
