Indian address proof while applying for PIO for child

Hi,

I am applying for PIO for my son. In application form we have to provide Indian address proof as the address in my Passport is different from my permanent address.
I had changed my address at bank a/c, can a statement from bank be shown as a valid address proof Or employer address proof.

Thanks for your reply; In my case the permanent address in India is on my father's name. Will a recent electricity bill showing my father's name work; on the application I have given permanent address with c/o my father's name.
I do have a house under my name but that is in a different city and our family do not live there, my DL has another address. I only have a nationalized bank a/c (which is normally taken as residence proof in India) at that address, but as they do not accept bank statements I am not sure how should I go about it. Please advise.
