Category Code on Status Verification document

I recently applied for my PIO card at Toronto office. I recently became canadian citizen.

When checking status, it says: 'Please submit Status verification' document showing category code.
I have also submitted copy of PR card.

Now, my status verification document (original) was lost and I submitted the replacement document I got from CIC.
But the document does not show 'Category Code' information.

Nowhere on the website does it say that it needs to show Category Code.

What to do now? Ask CIC for another status verification replacement document?

Contact the consulate or whichever agency is processing your PIO and explain the situation to them.
