Passport for Spouse and Kid

Hello All,

I am working in USA with H1B visa. I am planning to bring my wife and son.
My wife and kid don't have their passport.
How do i add my name while applying passport for my wife and Kid being here in USA?

And also what else we can produce as a proof other than marriage certificate? (Marriage certificate name is not matching with academic certificates)

Can you guys have some idea?

First action for you is to get passports for your wife and kid. I am not sure if academic certificates for your wife are needed or will be matched with marriage certificate. Passport names for you and wife should match marriage certificate. Also kids birth certificate should have your's and wife's name.

Once passports are available, you will need copies of it along with other papers like birth certificates, marriage certificate etc. and file with US Department of State for H4B visa for wife and kid based on your H1B.

I entered the US with K1 visa and got married. After , we submitted my I485/EAD/AP. Due to emergency , I was not able to edit my AP as I have to go back to Canada , missed my biometrics and my PR is on hold for RFE.
What do i need to do now.
Should my husband regime 130 ?

NOC for wife's passport in india

Hello all,

I am in USA my wife back in india. She applied for passport in India, Passport officer in India asking for NOC from consulate general of India in USA. What is the best way to do this activity please?
I had number of telephone calls with consulate everyone just passing calls to another extension. They don't reply to emails. I am staying far from consulate to i need to proper way to reach consulate else no use visiting there.

Can anybody help me for the same? what is the proper way to ask for NOC for spouse?
