We paid for 4 return shipping. Two each to return our US passport + Visa and Indian passport + Renunciation.
CKGS is so inept that in the initial acknowledgement email they said we only paid for 2 return shipping envelopes.
Thank goodness for saving screenshots and credit card receipts. They demanded we show proof of paying for 4 return envelopes. we send them screenshots and credit card receipts.
last night, I get another email asking for proof of paying for the 2 return envelopes. Looks like they mailed our US passport but witholding Indian passport for non-payment of courier charges. WTF!!!!
lesson learned: do NOT pay for courier fees online - just send prepaid FedEx or USPS envelopes
