Anybody got OCI card matched up with new US Passport from CKGS Atlanta office?

Do you get updates on their online tracking system once you send the original US passport? It has been almost 4 weeks I sent my passport but haven't received the OCI card /passport back.

The customer service keep telling me they have been trying to escalate my case with no response from CKGS atlanta office till date.. Anybody in the same boat?

I am trying to drive down to CKGS atlanta... Anybody has any pointers or tips they can share?
