Very Worried - Fedex tracking shows it is in Memphis TN - I'm in CA

My passport with OCI was shipped from SF on Friday. I had given them a prepaid shipping - 2day fedex.
Tracking Fedex shows my fedex envelope was shipped from SF CKGS..sorted in oakland and now it is in Memphis TN.

My home is in san jose, CA - any idea why I'm seeing what Im seeing.

That's OK. FedEx headquarters is in Memphis, TN.

Therefore, majority of the packages (unless they are specifically FedEx ground) would end up there.

It is sometimes cheaper for them to send the package from San Francisco, CA to Memphis, TN and then to San Jose, CA, than to directly deliver. This may sound very odd to you but FedEx knows what they are doing.
