CKGS NewYork Courier problems

I applied for my daughters PIO card and the timeline is:

Passport sent by post/courier number xxxxxxx 11/18/2014
Your application has been collected from the Embassy/Consulate and is being sorted. Your application will be ready for collection from our Application Centre within one business day. 11/11/2014
Your application has been submitted at The Indian Embassy for further processing. 10/20/2014
Your application is in process. Your tracking id is USANxxxxxxxx 10/18/2014
Your application has been received and will be submitted subject to verification. 10/18/2014


Now the real torture starts, I have sent a prepaid FEDEX AWB assuming once everything is processed they will return using it. They say they sent by FEDEX AWB but it never showed on the fedex tracking, fedex never received the courier which was sent by CKGS NY office.

I tried to reach them and many of you know how notorious they are when it comes to correspondence.
I am now worried did these guys misplaced, Please share if anyone has to go through this situation.

AWB number not traceable !!

I am in the same boat, have been receiving emails since last 3 days with a new date every day !!!

Your application has been despatched by post/courier on 12/6/2014 2:17:34 PM.

Your AWB No. is 100 YYYY YYYY YYYY YYYY XX.

But when I try tracking it on Fedex website, this number isnt found.

I paid for return service fee of 15$ and expected a better return service. I tried sending email but no luck so far.
