Hi All,
My daughter is 5 years old and an US citizen and has been in India on multiple entry visa. Her US passport and Indian visa expired on August 2014. We have applied for her passport renewal now, but as her visa has expired it makes her status 'illegal immigrant'. I'm not sure as to whether we can apply for PIO now with her expired visa or how do we go about this. Please kindly advice.
