Query regarding booking return courier service through CKGS

Hi,

I am applying PIO card for my 2 month old son in Chicago area. I am facing following issues:

1) I was using the option ' Book return courier' service link from CKGS website. While filling the details my internet connection got disconnected due to technical reasons and hence I could fill my complete details in the above option.

When I am trying to book return courier service details again I am getting the message as ' Applicant not added' and hence I am not able to avail the service.

Has anybody face any such problem. If yes, can guide me for the same to solve the above problem.

2) Also, Can any body let me know other alternatives for return courier service if we do not avail the facility provided by CKGS.

3) If we book the return courier service on the front page it is written as they will charge $15 (inclusive of all taxes). However, When I am availing the option provided by CKGS they are charging extra $0.45 as convenience fee. Since I have already made money order of $ 220 what should be done for this extra convenience fee.
Can anyone guide for the same.

Since I am planning to travel to India in the first week of February , it will be appreciated if someone can guide me at the ASAP so that I can submit the Application at the earliest.

I recently (in Oct 2014) used New York area CKGS for some other service and I used the FEDEX return envelope as directed on their website. Go to a local Fedex office ask them to help with the return courier. My requested service was done and returned to me in the attached Fedex envelope two weeks. Don't waste the time on their website. Go to Fedex office and get their help. For me it wasn't a bad experience. I don't have any insight into your other issues. Hope this helps.

I applied for my relatives. What I did was paid them $15 for the return of the documents. I have never dealt with their online system...I think its a bit buggy.
I attached $185 money order. $170 for visa and $15 for return shipping.

CKGS only wants to make money through us and not service us back. They are squeezing courier company and the squeezed courier company fails to deliver to us.

FedEx is a brand which they have brought a bad name in our country. I have lost faith in FedEx. I neither have faith in CKGS nor its courier.

Either they wish to earn through harassing us by courier charges and on top of that a new designed convenience fee to add to their pockets and CHEAT us without any support of assitance.

Mr Modi needs to take stern action on this pathetic services by CKGS else their beautiful words of effective speaking will break our hearts of a better india to visit in future.
