PIO for Minor - Both parents are US citizens, Father->Indian-born, Mother->Iran-born

Hi All,

I saw that the consulate does not issue PIO for people who were born in Iran. I have a question about our daughter who is born in the US. Both my wife and I are now US citizens. I have copies of my renunciation certificate and my old indian passport.

Questions:
1) Is my daughter even eligible to get PIO in this scenario?
2) In the documents requested it says:
PARENTS PROOF OF ORIGIN
Applicable if MINOR does not have an Indian Passport is applying for PIO on the basis of PARENTS & GRANDPARENTS of Indian Nationals.
 Copies of first three and last two pages of BOTH parent/grandparent's Indian passport,
OR
 Copy of BOTH parent/grandparent's domicile certificate issued by the competent authority,
OR
 Copy of parents PIO/OCI cards

I have copies of my Indian passport/OCI card but my wife has neither. What should I attach there?
