Passport expiring in 5 months - Need to come to US
First of all, I am extremely sorry if this is a repeat. I searched and could not find exact question.
Here is my situation:
My kid who is in India, holding Indian Passport, is getting his passport expired in July. Meaning around 5 months validity.
We hold Green card and he along with his mom are going to return to US in the first of second week of March.
My question is - Would he need to renew his passport as it will have < 6 months validity? or he can come without any issue at Indian airport or transit (London) or US Point of entry.
