    OCI under process

    Hi,
    As per latest change in PIO and OCI, now PIO no longer available and we need to apply for OCI for US born babies (if not having PIO already).
    My question is, if I apply for OCI for my baby and before getting OCI if we need to visit India, can my baby get on arrival visa in India?
