I am having the same issue, I am able to complete both Part A and Part B and the PDF is being generated, but it PDF reader keeps saying it is a corrupted file and it cannot be opened. I have use Internet Explorer with same results.

Same Issue.. Tried 10 times with multiple browsers

I am able to complete both Part A and Part B and the PDF is being generated, but PDF reader keeps saying it is a corrupted file and it cannot be opened. Used al most all browsers.. I see that it is generating HTML document instead of PDFs. Code issue. Dont know what to do,,
