Hi, we are applying for an OCI for my newborn daughter who is 6 weeks old. We have planned our travel to India in the month of April and we are not returning back to US in the next 3 years. Here are my queries.
1) Can we take her to India on tourist/entry visa and apply for an OCI from there?
2) Can we receive the OCI card with in 2 months from the date of application?
If not, how soon can we expect it?
3) Is there a way to expedite the process?
