Please urgently help! Need long term visa for teacher fm NewZealand for NGO in India
Hello All,
I am looking for help / suggestions from all of you for a special cause.
My friend belongs to a small NGO involved with educational field and they want to invite a teacher from New Zealand for 1-2 years of voluntary work to teach people in India. What kind of visa should he go for and what will be the process involved from NGO's side to enable the same? What kind of documents, records, funding, financial capability will need to be provided to him or Indian Consulate in New Zealand for getting his right kind of long term stay visa to stay in India? He will not be getting any remuneration from the NGO, however, NGO will cover up his cost of stay, food, etc. and he may work part-time somewhere else if required to cover some costs. The teacher does not have enough financial resources in his own country to demonstrate to get long term visa on his own. Please suggest how should NGO go about getting him in India and what he needs to do to get the appropriate Indian visa in New Zealand?
