For passport renewal in BLS checklist, it specifies notarized copy of all photocopies except the applicants passport copy. They haven't specified if this is for applying through mail or for walk ins. And towards the end of the checklist under general information, they have mentioned "Walk-in client need to bring original for verification e.g. Green card, EAC etc."
1. Does this mean walk-in do not have to notarize the documents just carry originals with them or is it in addition to notarizing?
Passport renewal is for my wife on dependent visa, the list of photocopies that needs to be carried is
My passport 1st and last page.
Marriage certificate
Her I797 copy
US address proof
2. For walk in, if notarized copy is not required, does that apply to my passport copy and marriage certificate as well. Just need to carry my passport and original marriage certificate for verification?
