Swiss spouse wants to apply for OCI card in US
Hello,
I'm a Swiss citizen living with my Indian husband in India. We've been married for a bit more than a year (registered marriage). Now my husband will go to the US for work and I will join him. I would like to apply for an OCI card as soon as possible upon completing our 2nd year of marriage. Can I apply for an OCI card while in the US? What are the requirements?
