Lost Passport in USA

Hi,

I am an Indian citizen and student in Miami and I lost my passport.What should I be doing next ?? If I apply for a Passport now will the address be of USA ?? Also when I go to India do I need to replace the passport ??

Contact embassy to get replacement. You Dont have to change when you go to india

Thanks, but what about my F-1 Visa how do i get it stamped in the US ?? the reason I am asking this because I am an international student and I am required to show my VISA whenever required.
