Hi,
I am in weird situation.
I booked tickets for family for 02-Aug-2105.
Once I am in India, I have to do visa stamping in Mumbai on 10-Aug.
Just realized my spouse passport expires in Oct.
so my immig team has advised that I first get my passport renewed...
(a) Any one have any experience in Tatakal in NY... will this be considered reason of emergency for Tatkal.
(b) for normal, what is the difference when you drop off the passport at NYC and mail it to NYC office ? Any time or processing difference ?
Will it be better to do tatkal in India than in NY and push stamping date out...
Suggestions and Inputs would be helpful.
