Hi,

1)Can I apply for OCI+Renunciation without US Passport, means I haven't apply for US Passport yet.
2)Do I need to apply for US passport first or it's ok to apply for OCI+Renunciation first?
3)How can I apply for OCI+Renunciation together? Can anyone tell me the step by step procedure?
