Problem getting Indian Citizenship
Hi all,
My father was born in Myanmar in 1950. And with my Grandparents they moved to India in 1956. We are Indian original family. My Grandparent went Rangoon(Myanmaar) for Business purpose. My Father traveled to India on my Grandmother's Passport in 1956. But Unfortunately today we don't have that passport with us, and my Grandparents are also not alive today. Today we came to know that my father is not citizen of India, as his birth place is out of India. He can not apply for Passport even.
We want to apply for the citizenship for my Father, but we don't have any document claiming how he came in India in 1956.
Please help !!!
