Our plan is to get married in India immediately after my fiancé getting US citizenship. After marriage to return to US and file for spouse visa(IR1/CR1) for me. Will there be Red flags as citizenship,marriage and filing will happen within a short period of one to two months. We know each other for over two years and met in both countries.
