US born child can apply for OCI after returning to India with a Visa?
Hello Experts
Our child is born in US and holding US Passport. Both parents hold Indian passport with H category visa and currently reside in USA.
The child is now 1yr 4 months old and is holding 10 year multiple entry Indian visitor/tourist visa.
If we permanently go back to India in future and do not take OCI card by then, is it possible for applying for OCI card after returning to India permanently?
We plan to retain US citizenship for the child in future.
