Terrible experience with BLS International San Francisco for passport Re-issue. I sent all the documents last week and today, they changed the status to application sent back due to address proof. I provided notatized photocopy of my CA Driver License. When I called customer care, they are not sure about anything, they just kept repeating what is mentioned in the status. Past is past. Now, I have to know what should I do once I receive the rejected mail.
1. Should I pay another $30 to BLS to generate shipping label or can I get a FedEx/USPS label myself. If I get a label, should I put another envolope inside the envolope in which I am sending my passport/other documents. How much it will cost at USPS/FedEx?
2. What are the items that I should update in the application form/order form while resending the application with updated address proof.
3. They said I should send an additional $13.20. what money order number I should put in the order form. The old money order number for $91.20 or the new money order number of $13.20?
4. Should I update/change any other items any where else while re-sending the application.
