My passport is expiring Oct-2016. I have the following questions. Thanks in advance for the help. Desperately needing some help.
SFO consulate.
1. Should I apply for renewal or adding spouse name in passport?
2. My petition is currently in process and I don't have a valid visa or I-797. So, I will send a No-status affidavit. In this case, will the consulate issue regular passport or short validity passport?
