Indian passport renewal with a different address other than my work location

Hello,

My passport is due for a renewal. I am currently working in a city in Illinois on H1B and valid LCA.
I have my relative with permanent address in other state. My question is, can I state my relative's address as my USA address while applying for passport renewal?

Note:
A. I have my Driving license and other bank account setup with my relatives's address only.
B. My relatives's address at a different state is not my work location and I do not have LCA.

Yes, You can provide your relative address. As long as they are able to forward any communication in regards to your passport.
