My daughter is two months old US citizen, we need to travel to India, i came to know that we qualify for Entry Visa of 5 years with multiple entry,
I have all the documents as per CKGS checklist expect, my wife's H4 (I-539) extension is in processing. I called up CKGS, they say both parents VISA/Approved petition is mandatory to get Entry VISA.
Can someone confirm if i can go ahead and apply for Entry Visa, coz CKGS customer support says go and get that document or else your application might be rejected.
Any thoughts would be helpful. Any alternative way like going on 30 day e-visa and then extend from India or are we struck going to India!!
