    H1 VISA Interview Start Date

    Hi,

    Suppose my employer in US files my H1 Application on the 1st of April (earliest date) when is the earliest date when the H1-VISA interview can be scheduled? Should it be after Oct 1st (earliest employment start date)? or can it be earlier so that I can reach US on the 1st of Oct.
