    I think this company should be banned or taken to court

    I am trying to apply for OCI for last 10 days. Their payment links are not working

    I called them, and after more than 30-40 minutes of waiting, they told me that there is different way of paying for OCI then other services. (It is not mentioned anywhere on their website, you have to get through Appointment link on their website)

    After going through that link, I entered all information and then it would still not work. That part of their website is broken as well and does not take you to final payment site.

    Then I emailed them, and initially I got email back saying

    Then I did get email answer 4 days later and said "If your facing any problem on new CKGS website, we request you to try and clear cache and cookies from your browser. Once done, open a new browser and try again. If you are still facing difficulties do let us know the error or send us a screen-shot so that we can forward it to our concerned team. Also try and use high version Mozilla website."

    "You can also opt for offline payment service. You may pay through Money order / Cashier's Check / Banker's Check favouring “Cox & Kings Global Services USA LLC”."

    I think these guys are fraud as well, and suspect they probably got this contract from embassy by paying some bribes!! Just like everything else in INdia. Why would otherwise embassies would give contract to such company in this 21st century with so many great platforms available. Hope someone in our embassies are reading this

    when i applied for visa for myself and my parents, I sent a money order. I just don't trust the ckgs online payment system...Yes I do agree that their customer service is horrible.

      I chose to send in a banker's check/cheque. This is an issue I didn't face.
